How do I renew my account?
Once your medical document has expired, go back to your healthcare practitioner to get a new signed and dated medical document issued.
Once we’ve received and processed it, you will get a renewal email with a link to click to confirm re-registration. You will also be prompted to confirm re-registration when you log in to your online account.
Once we receive your Registration Form and Medical Document, we require 24 to 48 hours to process your application. If it has been longer than two business days and you have not received an email from us, call 1-855-794-2266 to speak to a Customer Care representative.
Update my account
To make changes to your personal information (except email and phone number), you will need to fill out the Personal Information Amendment Form or Address Amendment Form. These can be found on your Dashboard.
Please ensure all fields are filled out and the form is signed correctly. Any errors on the form will result in a failed amendment, and we will call you or email you to correct the errors.
To set up your password, please follow the link in the “Welcome to estora” email you received when you were originally approved.
